[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Donggwang Construction is opening a model house and starting sales for the private rental apartment "Wonju Donggwang Viewwell Lakeforet" supplied in Taejang-dong, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do.

"Wonju Donggwang Viewwell Lakeforet" will be built with 6 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, totaling 604 households. The exclusive area is a single size of 84㎡ with three types: A (259 households), B (93 households), and C (252 households). The complex will be a car-free park-style apartment, and community facilities such as a daycare center, care center, and indoor golf practice range will be provided within the complex.

As a private rental apartment, anyone aged 19 or older can apply for subscription regardless of home ownership, subscription savings account status, or household head status.
