‘Corporate Comprehensive Financial Platform’ Providing Management Support Content and Non-Financial Services Together
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 8th that it will completely revamp its corporate internet banking and KB Star Corporate Banking services to introduce a 'Comprehensive Corporate Financial Platform.'
First, the 'Star CMS,' which was operated as a separate site, has been integrated into corporate internet banking. Customers can now use integrated cash management services such as account inquiry and collection across all financial institutions for free within corporate internet banking. Additionally, the non-financial management support solution app, KB Bridge, has been built into corporate internet banking, allowing customers to access non-financial services such as customized policy fund recommendations and management solution consultations.
The corporate internet banking home screen offers a 'My Page' where customers can autonomously organize various contents necessary for management, such as asset status, quick transfers, and policy fund recommendations. A customized customer management system called the 'NOW Service,' which provides timely necessary information based on customers' financial information, will also be newly established within 'My Page.' By analyzing customer data, it acts as a financial assistant that automatically provides customers with necessary financial information such as loan interest payment dates, loan extension notices, investment profit status, and accounting tips, and the range of financial information notifications will be gradually expanded.
Specialized services for corporate customers have also been enhanced to further improve customer convenience. First, individual business owners can freely use the KB Mobile Certificate, which is used in KB Star Banking, in corporate banking as well. In addition, the ease of use of frequently used transaction services, such as contact transfers that allow remittance to others using only a phone number, has been improved.
Meanwhile, Kookmin Bank plans to hold the 'KB Corporate Banking Revamp Commemorative Event' from the 9th to December 19th, offering various prizes. A Kookmin Bank official said, “With this corporate banking service revamp, KB Kookmin Bank’s corporate banking has evolved into a ‘customized management platform’ that provides tailored management services suited to each customer’s needs,” adding, “We aim to become the ‘number one comprehensive financial platform’ leading the market by strengthening competitiveness as an expandable corporate financial platform in the future.”
