[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jin-ho] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 12th that it provided customized design support to four food truck small business owners through the ‘IBK Hope Design’ project.
In May, the bank selected four food truck small business owners as support targets and provided designs applying customized concepts according to their main customer base and the food they sell. In particular, it developed and applied B.I (Brand Identity) and brand naming for each vehicle, and also produced and supported designs for exterior painting, wrapping, signboards, menus, and aprons.
An IBK bank official stated, “We will continue to expand design support activities that can provide practical help and maintain win-win cooperation with small business owners.”
‘IBK Hope Design’ is a social contribution design project that installs signboards and B.I free of charge for small business owners with limited resources and reorganizes the environment of neighborhood commercial districts. Since its launch in 2016, it has supported about 260 small business owners, including those in Yeomcheon-gyo Handmade Shoes Street and Gurye 5-day Market. This year, due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation, food truck operators were added as support targets to help small business owners affected by the pandemic.
