[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] POSCO Engineering & Construction announced on the 26th that it will launch sales next month for ‘The Sharp Cheonan Lake Mark,’ located in Jiksan-eup, Cheonan-si, Chungnam.


‘The Sharp Cheonan Lake Mark,’ entrusted by KD Co., Ltd. and constructed by POSCO Engineering & Construction, will be developed on 64-17 Sam-eun-ri, Jiksan-eup, Cheonan-si, Chungnam. It consists of 4 buildings with 2 basement floors and up to 28 floors above ground, totaling 411 units with exclusive areas of 65㎡ and 75㎡. The breakdown by exclusive area is ▲65㎡ with 294 units ▲75㎡ with 117 units.


The Sharp Cheonan Lake Mark is located right in front of Jiksan Sam-eun Park, a lakeside park, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant natural environment. The 1.2 km waterfront walking trail in Jiksan Sam-eun Park, as well as nearby mountains such as Seonggeo Mountain, Wirye Mountain, and Taejo Mountain, provide convenient opportunities for walking and jogging.


Transportation conditions are also excellent. Access to the complex is easy via Bongju-ro and Jiksan-ro, and major roads such as Cheonan-daero and National Route 1, which connects to Seoul, are nearby. The Buk Cheonan IC and Cheonan IC are also easily accessible, enabling smooth travel nationwide via the Gyeongbu Expressway. The adjacent metropolitan subway Line 1 Jiksan Station offers convenient access to Gyeongbu Line Cheonan Station and KTX Cheonan-Asan Station. Expansion of National Route 1 between Jiksan and Buseong is planned, and urban planning roads will be developed around the complex.


There are many schools nearby, including Somang Elementary, Sam-eun Elementary, Buseong Middle, and Eopseong High School, providing an excellent educational environment. Residents of Cheonan aged 19 or older, as well as residents of Chungcheongnam-do, Sejong City, and Daejeon Metropolitan City, can apply for subscription as first priority regardless of household head status or number of houses, provided they have been subscribed to a housing subscription savings account for more than 6 months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area. There are no restrictions on re-winning, and most importantly, unlimited resale is allowed.
