[Muan＝Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 22nd that it signed a free lease agreement on the 20th with the Residents' Representative Meeting of Hoban Summit Namaak Oryong 1st Apartment for the establishment of the ‘Muan-gun Dahamkke Care Center No. 1’.
The Dahamkke Care Center is an institution that provides care services outside of regular elementary school hours, aiming to create a voluntary and proactive child care community based in the local society to eliminate blind spots in care within the region and realize seamless welfare.
According to this agreement, the Residents' Representative Meeting agreed to provide part of the apartment residents' communal facilities (152.73㎡) free of charge for 10 years as space for the care center construction.
Accordingly, Muan-gun plans to select a consignment corporation and organization and proceed with remodeling construction aiming to open the care center in November, and intends to grant priority admission rights up to 70% to children of the apartment residents.
Governor Kim San said, “We thank the residents of Hoban Summit Namaak Oryong 1st Apartment for supporting the space for children left in care blind spots,” and added, “We will continue to build a safe and thorough care system so that parents can entrust their children with peace of mind and make Muan-gun a good place to raise children.”
