LG OLED Evo, Consecutive Praise from Leading Overseas Media

According to the industry on the 11th, the UK consumer media 'Which?' awarded LG OLED evo (model numbers 65G1, 55G1) the highest rating of 81% among 55 recommended products. LG OLED evo tied for first place in TV performance evaluations along with two OLED TVs released last year (model numbers 55GX, 55BX).

The media praised LG OLED evo, which features ▲astonishing picture quality ▲rich sound quality ▲excellent ease of use, calling it "a near-perfect TV and a model example of everything a TV should have this year."

Spanish consumer media 'OCU Compra Maestra' gave LG OLED evo (model numbers 65G1, 55G1) the highest score of 82 points, stating "there are no drawbacks." Among TVs ever evaluated by the media, only LG OLED TVs (model numbers 55GX, 55CX, 65BX) have achieved a score of 82.

The evaluations by consumer media are highly reliable because the media purchase the products sold on the market themselves for performance comparison, rather than receiving evaluation units from manufacturers. They also serve as objective judgment criteria for consumers considering product purchases. In addition, LG OLED TVs have received the highest ratings in all past TV performance evaluations conducted by consumer media in the United States, Australia, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, and others.

Positive reviews from major overseas media continue. The U.S. business magazine 'Forbes' selected LG OLED evo as 'The Best TV Overall' among 'The Best TVs In 2021, Whatever Your Budget.' Forbes evaluated, "With the emergence of new TV technologies such as next-generation OLED panels and mini LED, this year's best TVs are more special than ever."

The leading U.S. IT media 'Digital Trends' also selected LG OLED evo as the best TV of the year and praised it highly. The media complimented the image processing technology that distinguishes not only video genres but also the background within the screen being watched to provide optimized picture quality, saying, "It shows the cleanest and most attractive images ever seen on a TV."

LG OLED evo received a perfect score of 5 from the UK IT media 'What Hi-Fi,' which described it as "the best LG OLED TV with improvements in every aspect." Another UK IT specialist media 'T3' also awarded it a perfect score of 5 and the Platinum Award, stating, "It provides clear and natural images suited to each video genre."
