Sambon Electronics Changes Company Name to KH Electron

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Kosdaq-listed company Sambon Electronics announced on the 1st that it will change its company name to ‘KH Electron Co., Ltd.’

Sambon Electronics plans to diversify its business and make a fresh leap forward by changing its name.

At the regular shareholders' meeting held on the 31st of last month, Sambon Electronics approved agenda items including the company name change, partial amendment of the articles of incorporation, and appointment of an auditor.

Sambon Electronics explained that the name change and the announcement of a new CI are intended to pursue change and innovation by replacing the old name amid a rapidly changing business environment.
