On the 19th, the Busan Nambu Police Station announced that they are looking for a man who came wearing a T-panty to a coffee shop in Gwangandong at 11:07 PM the previous night.
According to the police, the man wore a white windbreaker on top and black T-panties on the bottom, wandering around the first and second floors of the store while ordering coffee.
After receiving a 112 report, the police launched an investigation and are tracking the man, considering applying related laws such as public obscenity and excessive exposure.
