Carrot Phone Care Screen Protection Insurance is a product that provides coverage for the frequently damaged mobile phone screen area. It has introduced a non-face-to-face subscription process applying artificial intelligence (AI) video recognition technology, and it is the first in Korea to allow subscriptions for used phones as well.

When subscribing to the insurance through the Liiv Mate app, approximately 10% of the annual premium payment amount is given as Pointree coupons. Points can be converted to services such as Naver Pay.
