Hoban Summit Estella to Launch Sales This Month... Total 315 Units with Preferred Exclusive Areas of 84~118㎡
Interest is growing in apartments sold by branded construction companies even in regional areas. Branded apartments serve as the face of construction companies, offering high stability, reliability, and rarity, making them likely landmarks within their regions.
Various know-how from construction companies is also concentrated in these apartments, resulting in high residential satisfaction among residents. In particular, branded apartments from Korea's top-tier construction companies are even more popular, as they are built with differentiated technologies such as premium finishing materials, landscaping, and resident communities.
The subscription results are naturally excellent. In December, 'Hoban Summit Grandmark' in Tangjeong District, Asan City, Chungnam Province, recorded an average competition rate of 47.17 to 1, with 66,695 applicants for 1,414 units (excluding special supply) across five blocks. It is analyzed that the response was positive due to its excellent location and supply as a large branded complex of 3,027 units featuring the latest trend products.
Amid this situation, Hoban Industrial, an affiliate of Hoban Construction Group, is attracting consumer attention as it plans to sell apartments in Ansim New Town, a new residential belt and emerging residential area in the eastern part of Daegu.
This month, Hoban Industrial will introduce Hoban Summit Estella in Dong-gu, Daegu. The complex consists solely of medium to large units, with four buildings of 16 floors above ground and two basement levels, totaling 315 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 118㎡. Ansim New Town, where the complex is located, is an urban development project district aimed at creating a core distribution, commercial, and residential complex in the Dong-gu area. It is expected to form a new residential belt in eastern Daegu, connecting the K-2 (Air Force Base), Daegu Airport redevelopment project Huno Mic City (planned), and Daegu Innovation City.
Banwaryeol Station on Daegu Subway Line 1 is nearby, and road networks connecting to downtown and outskirts such as Dongdaegu IC, Beoman-ro, Gyeongan-ro, and Ansim-ro are well established. Additionally, transportation development projects such as the Daegu Outer Ring Road (planned), which will fully circle Daegu, and the Daegu Urban Railway Line 1 Ansim-Hayang double-track railway (planned) are also scheduled.
Large marts and complex commercial facilities such as Costco, E-Mart, Lotte Mart, and Lotte Outlet are close by, and green spaces including neighborhood parks and children's parks will be created within Ansim New Town. Schools such as Banyawol Elementary, Ansim Middle, Singi Middle, and Jeongdong High School are also adjacent.
Hoban Summit Estella by Hoban Construction Group is designed with a south-facing layout to maximize sunlight and ventilation, applying a 4-bay design to expand sunlight rights and openness. It also offers various flexible floor plans considering consumers' lifestyles.
