Hanwha Decides to Dispose Shares of Korea Defense Industry Co., Ltd.

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Soyeon] Hanwha announced that it has decided to dispose of all shares (400,000 shares) of Korea Defense Industry Co., Ltd. for 7.8 billion KRW in order to resolve the issue of ㈜Hanwha's submunitions and to meet the ESG standards of the international community. This amount corresponds to 0.04% of equity capital, and the scheduled disposal date is December 31.
