AI Video Review Platform 'VReview' Surpasses 300 Million Cumulative Views

Convenient Video Review Collection Through Patented Technology... Maximizing Convenience for Consumers and Companies

AI Video Review Platform 'VReview' Surpasses 300 Million Cumulative Views

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Indent Corporation (CEO Yoon Tae-seok), which developed the AI-based video review service 'VReview,' announced on the 10th that the cumulative number of views of purchase review videos has reached 300 million within one and a half years of service.

VReview is a service that uses its patented AI chatbot technology to collect video reviews and help companies utilize them. Currently, more than 1,600 shopping malls have adopted VReview, and the number of users who have experienced the VReview chatbot exceeded 5 million as of the end of last month, Indent Corporation explained.

The system for securing videos from actual buyers is also considered a unique advantage of VReview. All video reviews collected through VReview are from consumers who have actually purchased the products, making it an effective solution to eradicate the recently controversial issue of 'undisclosed advertisements.'

Consumers who purchase products from shopping malls that have implemented the VReview widget receive a chat from the AI requesting a video review. The collected video reviews are automatically posted on the sales site to help other consumers make purchasing decisions. The entire upload process is completed within the VReview chatbot without the need to move to a separate site, and the automatic matching of purchase information eliminates the cumbersome login process. This method has increased efficiency by up to 470% compared to typical review collection rates, enabling the rapid accumulation of numerous reviews.

The adoption of VReview is also expected to have a direct impact on sales. According to Indent Corporation, an experiment conducted on shopping malls that actually adopted VReview showed that the cart conversion rate was 14.7% higher when the VReview widget was displayed on the screen compared to when the widget was hidden. Additionally, customers who watched at least one piece of content within VReview added products to their carts at a rate of over 20%, whereas only 5.3% of those who did not watch VReview showed cart conversion rates, resulting in a difference of more than four times.

Yoon Tae-seok, CEO of Indent Corporation, said, "As the effectiveness and influence of videos continue to grow, demand for video review platforms is rapidly increasing in the e-commerce market. Through VReview, consumers will have more vivid reviews, and sellers will create new opportunities to enhance sales growth effects."
