Seoyoung Construction Plus Co., Ltd. will open the model house for the commercial complex ‘Incheon Geomdan Seoyoung Honor City Phase 1’ in Geomdan New Town, Incheon, on the 29th (Wednesday) and begin full-scale sales.
The Incheon Geomdan Seoyoung Honor City Phase 1 commercial complex will be developed on block C6-3-1 in Geomdan New Town, Incheon, consisting of 62 units from 4 basement floors to 8 above-ground floors. Geomdan New Town, where the commercial complex is located, is a second-phase new town developed over 11.18 million square meters in the areas of Dangha-dong, Wondang-dong, Majon-dong, and Bullo-dong in Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City. A total of 75,071 housing units will be constructed, with a planned population of 183,720.
Incheon Geomdan Seoyoung Honor City Phase 1 is the first commercial complex in the rising Geomdan New Town to receive sales approval, allowing for a first-mover advantage. Furthermore, the Phase 1 commercial complex, facing the main gate of Geomdan Kumho Eoullim Central, is designed with a three-sided open structure that allows easy access for foot traffic. Considering the vertical facade and terrain for excellent signage effect, some of the first-floor commercial units are designed with high ceilings.
A sales official stated, “Incheon Geomdan Seoyoung Honor City Phase 1 holds the first premium as the earliest commercial complex built within the central commercial district of Geomdan New Town, and inquiries have been significant even before the model house opened.” He added, “Recently sold ‘Geomdan New Town Woomeerine Ecoview’ recorded the highest subscription competition rate in Geomdan New Town, drawing attention to the supply in the area. We ask for much interest in the Incheon Geomdan Seoyoung Honor City Phase 1 commercial complex as well.”
Meanwhile, Incheon Geomdan Seoyoung Honor City Phase 1 has the same developer and contractor, ensuring greater safety compared to other commercial complexes, and will be offered at a reasonable sale price.
