[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] NH Nonghyup Card announced on the 20th that it has launched the 'National Tomorrow Learning Card,' a service integrated and expanded to support training expenses by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The National Tomorrow Learning Card, issued in two types?credit card and check card?allows users to apply for desired training courses and receive partial support for training expenses. It can also be linked to a personal account and used like a regular card.
Key benefits of the card include 5% NH Points accumulation at Nonghyup stores, 3-5% NH Points accumulation at Nonghyup-operated gas stations, discounts of 40-60 KRW per liter on gasoline and 20-40 KRW on LPG at NH Oil gas stations and GS Caltex, 10-20% discounts on cultural services such as movies, coffee, and books, 30-50% discounts on foreign currency exchange fees, and discounts on telephone English courses and overseas roaming. For credit cards, additional benefits include a 10% billing discount and installment period extension services at Outback, VIPS, and TGIF.
To commemorate the launch of the National Tomorrow Learning Card, NH Nonghyup Card is also holding the event "Tomorrow’s Master and a Cup of Starbucks!" The event targets customers who use the National Tomorrow Learning Card issued under the Master brand to spend 100,000 KRW or more at domestic merchants (or 30,000 KRW or more at overseas merchants) during the event period. The first 2,000 customers will receive two Starbucks Americano mobile coupons. The event period is from January 20 to March 31.
The annual fee for the National Tomorrow Learning Card credit card is 3,000 KRW for domestic and international UPI, and 5,000 KRW for Master and Visa cards, while the check card has no annual fee. Card applications can be made regardless of unemployment, employment, or self-employment status through local employment centers or the HRD-Net website.
Meanwhile, the National Tomorrow Learning Card was launched by integrating and expanding the Tomorrow Learning Cards previously operated separately for job seekers and workers by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The card validity period has been extended from 1-3 years to 5 years, and the support limit has increased from 2-3 million KRW to 3-5 million KRW.
